Baked sushi is currently popular. However, Heisels Elbi had a new creation. Instead of using kani (crab stick), salmon or tuna, they added pork samgyupsal. They also placed cheese and some nori strips. The result? A very delicious creation. I like the taste of the flavored rice as well.
